We’re pleased to announce the launch of The Rural Property Group – a new group of businesses specialising in rural property development across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.
With offices based in Ombersley, Worcestershire, The Rural Property Group brings together The Rural Planning Co, RPG Land and RPG Homes.
Our objective is simple: to provide integrated planning, design, land promotion, development and delivery for high-quality rural projects, from self-build plots and village homes, to barn conversions and farmyard redevelopments. By combining in-house rural planning expertise with commercial development experience alongside flexible funding structures, we can unlock value for landowners and deliver well-designed, commercially successful schemes.
The Rural Planning Co will remain exactly as it is, led by Hannah Moule. We will continue to act independently for clients nationwide, while also supporting Group projects with specialist rural planning insight from day one.
